Dedicated: Total Health and Fitness

It’s that time of year when you either start wishing you had kept your new year’s resolutions, or wishing you had made some in the first place. Whether it’s for looks or overall health, your bod is usually on the list. And if it’s not, you know it should be.
Trouble with working out and eating healthily and all that jazz is that it’s just so easy to fall off the horse. And difficult to know if what you’re doing will bring any results. What most of us need is a little a little direction, if not a little encouragement (if the pending swimsuit season wasn’t enough). That’s where a team of local professionals called Total Health and Fitness come in.
Total Health and Fitness is dedicated to helping you become the best you can be. With nutrition and exercise consultants on-hand, THF acts as a coach whether you’re interested in fat loss, gaining muscle, firming, toning … the works. You choose the goal, they help you achieve it. They’ll map out a diet plan for you (more like an eat-healthy-and-plenty menu), tell you what exercises to do and when, and teach you how to boost your metabolism through one-on-one training sessions.
What we like about their system is its lack of focus on rapid weight loss. You don’t even have to lose any weight if you don’t want to. Instead, THF focuses on increasing your metabolism and lean body mass (less body fat, more muscle), so when you walk out their doors, you’re on a course that will continue to work for you.
For the next eight weeks, Ali is going to be on a unique program that THF designed just for her. She’s not necessarily interested in losing weight; it’s more of a late-twenties tune-up that she’s in need of. (You know how it goes.) Each week, Ali will give you an update on her progress. We’re hoping this doesn’t affect our cookie, hot chocolate and cupcake posts too much. She’s already working on breaking her sugar addiction.
THF programs start at around $300. The first ten YHO readers to sign up at THF’s Sandy offices can get 10% off! Check it out at thfonline.com, or by clicking the button in our sidebar.

Good luck, Ali. I can’t wait to see how this goes for you! I just searched their site and this place looks really great. I truly believe that personal coaching and planning is essential in reaching goals. I think it really provides accountability in a program. Also, I looked at their blog and it is great. Some awesome and helpful tips.

Wahoo! THF!!!
I joined the THF program right after Christmas and working with Jeremy Whittaker has been amazing! The past 11 weeks have been the easiest weight/fat loss I’ve ever experienced and the THF staff knows that life happens and helps you plan around it. (You know what I mean…Parties, vacations and the everyday chaotic life.)
If someone told me that I could change my body so quickly with such little effort on my part, I would have signed up for this years ago.

I’ve requested a FREE CONSULTATION. Thanks for the tip.
So is the Ali whose testimonial is already up on their site a different Ali?

That’s a different Ali. I’m only just beginning the program.
