Finn’s, 1624 S. 1100 East, Salt Lake City; (801) 467-4000. Casual dining with all the regular favorites on the menu like Norwegian Waffles and Basil Tofu Scramble.     we used to travel to slc for easter every year and got to enjoy a fun easter brunch. it was one of the only times we were allowed to eat out on a sunday (we were out of our zip code). i wish i could remember where we enjoyed that tasty brunch.
