Sampled: Au Naturale

Sampled: Healthy eats on-the-go (See ya later Wendy’s—these guys have more than just snack wraps)
Where: Au Naturale, A Modern Eatery (880 E. 2100 South, Salt Lake City)
High and Low: You won’t feel guilty when you pull your ride through this new-age drive through, where you can trade biggie-sized bites for trans fat-free sandwiches with goat cheese, wraps with spinach, bowls of tomato soup and, you guessed it, un-fried French fries. Not as enticing as your favorite cafe, much of the appeal comes from the liberated conscience you have when you’re driving back to the office.
How Much: Sandwiches, approximately $7.50; salads, $7; soup, $4; and pizza, $9

The sweet potato fries are fantastic! And the interior is fairly nice, if you don’t want to just drive through.

I just drove by this place 2 days ago and was SO intrigued! I have to check it out, especially now that Cheryl mentioned the sweet potatoe fries!

Yum! Can’t wait to go there.
I’m thankful for this blog. After moving from Santa Cruz, CA, I thought my life was over, as far as good eating goes. Nothing in my neck of the woods, unless you like Little Ceaser’s or TGI. Thanks for all the cool options.

Thank you for this restaurant! Prices are very reasonable for what you get and I’m impressed with the selection of food. I’ve been baking my own sweet potato fries at home for some time now but yours are much better! Great option for those of us trying to feed kids healthy food while schedules are filled with soccer, baseball, etc.
