NASM trainer Brecke Ure will keep you in tip-top shape with a new Circuit Fall workout class.
Circuit training involves moving quickly moving between many resistance exercise machines and stations. It provides both cardiovascular and resistance training, meaning you’ll be workin’ up a sweat while you get in shape. With class beginning September 1, Fall Circuit is designed to help you:
- Burn up to 800 calories
- Learn exercises that you can do at home
- Increase your stamina
- Build lean muscle
