Dedicated: Ure Fitness

A little late on meeting your workout goals this summer? If the answer is a big yes despite your best ambitions back in June or May or April, you’re still in luck. Ure Fitness is here to pump (clap) you up. And prevent you from crawling behind your desk and hibernating through June or May or April 2010. NASM trainer Brecke Ure will keep you in tip-top shape with a new Circuit Fall workout class.

Circuit training involves moving quickly moving between many resistance exercise machines and stations. It provides both cardiovascular and resistance training, meaning you’ll be workin’ up a sweat while you get in shape. With class beginning September 1, Fall Circuit is designed to help you:

  • Burn up to 800 calories
  • Learn exercises that you can do at home
  • Increase your stamina
  • Build lean muscle

I took Brecke’s last Circuit class, and it was amazing! The class goes by so fast, and I felt my body toning up! I highly recommend this class…
