Lily Anna For Girls

Of course, none of us would ever consider wearing a tutu now. Not even around the house. Especially not with Abba’s “Dancing Queen” blasting through the speakers and all the blinds drawn.
But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be the first to get one of these adorable little numbers for the “little girl” (wink, wink) in your house. Local gal Mara Luker whips up what are undeniably some of the cutest tutus you’ve ever laid eyes on. These are the things girly-girl dreams are made of—cute for photo shoots, birthday parties, dance recitals, Halloween costumes, weddings, and any other occasion where an extra dose of fabulousness is necessary.
Check out some of our favorites from Mara’s site, Lily Anna for Girls:
- “Chocolate Truffle” tutus (so cute over leggings)
- “Polka Dot” tutus (in every color of the rainbow, complete with matching shoes and bows)
- “Garden Fairy” tutus (with a blossoming bud propped at the waist)
As usual, the difference is in the details. Mara’s perfectly-puffy tutus have double-satin ribbon ties and come in unexpected colors. To complete the fanciful look, Lily Anna also carries slippers and dance leotards. Whether for pirouettes or parties, the little girl in you loves a good dress-up. Even if it isn’t for you, exactly. (Though the headband pictured is entirely permissible, remember?)

When my daughter was an toddler. Home only a year or so from being adopted form a Russian orphanage a man at a store played her “tiny dancer’ by Elton John. She dance and spun around.
It brings back the memories she is now a very petite almost 10 yr old going on 5 (she has some special needs). You make joy in a child’s eye. You are a blessing.
